Made from Neenah Solar White and PVA Glue. Mounted on 165# DTC.

This piece was made for the show Art by Number. The goal of the show was to exhibit work made using mathematics. This piece was created by directly using the algorithmic 2D geometric patterns as a basis for the grid structure of the sculpture. Volume is then added in order to allow the pattern to interact with light and shadow.
